Bodmin Attractions Working Group
Roscoe Communications was approached by Martin Lyall of Bodmin Jail, who was chairing a project to look at a cohesive approach to selling and marketing the town of Bodmin, primarily to the group travel market, as a destination in its own right.
Community leaders in Bodmin have revealed ambitious plans to transform the town over the next decade. Community groups and local figures in politics and business have been discussing their ambitions for the future of the town, and agreed on their top priorities for action.
Together they have drafted an ‘Agenda for Bodmin’. The Bodmin 2030 vision is currently supported by a partnership of Bodmin-based organisations and interests.
Lauren was commissioned to::
To undertake a scoping exercise, investigating how all involved agencies can work together in a cohesive way on collaborative projects.
To prepare a strategic marketing plan with specific reference to groups marketing for 2020 and beyond.
